My Story
Founder of Kettle and Tonic says “ His journey into health & wellness started a couple of years ago, when he was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Leaky Gut Syndrome, Depression & Anxiety. He was prescribed with antibiotics and the anticipated side effects of the medication surprisingly began to further deteriorate his health. His health was becoming worse day by day.” So he was a extensive quest for alternate solutions with traditional roots.
Alternate Way to Wellness
when this vicious cycle of continued medication one day he refused to accept it., He began searching for alternative solutions, but information was hard to come by and this was before you could find the answer to everything online. He even went far to dig through the stacks at a public library, and there he found out the power of ancient food cultures and our body’s own innate healing capacity.
Self-Discovery
For the first time ever, He became obsessed with exercising and a healthy lifestyle which is all about eating foods that are locally grown or organic and in-season. He wanted to share my story with everyone and there was no better way to begin his story than to take the base of all cooking (stock) and reinvent it. He took the timeless staple used in Indian kitchens for generations, and breathed new life into it.

Broth making is the oldest and most widely taught tradition in cooking. At Kettle & Tonic, we honour and embody this tradition in everything that we do. We do not believe in shortcuts. We prepare our vegan Broth and non-veg Broth with complete care, using organic ingredients and distinct recipes. The time taken to cook breaks down essential amino acids, trace nutrients, and collagen. And that’s why we don’t call it a Broth, we call it Tonic, The Elixir of Life (Magical and medicinal potion)
