Why we started
India didn't have real bone broth. So we made it.
When we started, bone broth wasn't something you could buy in India, at least not clean, ready to drink and made with integrity. What existed were shortcuts: powders, additives and heavily processed stand-ins.
So we took the long way. Real bones, a low flame and a full day, sealed safely without preservatives. A broth your body actually understands.
